Step 1. Connect your
BlackBerry’s sync cable to
your phone and to an
available USB port on your
computer. Open the
BlackBerry Desktop
Manager software.
Step 2. Select Backup
and Restore on the
main program screen.
Click Restore and select
a backup file if you want
to restore all items on
your BlackBerry.
Step 3. Select
Advanced if you want
to
restore specific files.
Choose Open from the
File[b] menu and
double-click a backup
file to select it.
Choose the database
you want to restore
under [b]Desktop file
databases and click the
right arrow next to it.
